We had a wonderful romantic escape in this hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable, complete with a cozy sofa where we spent quality time together. The location was perfect - close to the tourist attractions and public transportation. We also appreciated the friendly and efficient staff that made us feel welcome. In addition to that, the included breakfast was delicious and offered various options to suit different tastes.
On the other hand, the hotel had a lack of guest facilities. Unfortunately, there was no WiFi available during our stay, and the restaurant was closed on some of the nights, which was a bit disappointing. However, this didn't ruin our stay entirely as we found great options for dining nearby. we would recommend this hotel for couples looking for a cozy and comfortable place to stay in the heart of the city.

Additionally, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, with beds that were just as good as the more expensive alternatives. The staff was also very friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist us during our stay. this hotel provided great value for money and made our trip to Nagasaki even more enjoyable.

Great view, easy access to public transportation, comfy beds
Spent my Xmas here and the view from the window was breathtaking, it really made my day. The hotel was located near a tram station which made it easy to get around and explore the city. the beds were surprisingly comfortable which allowed me to get some much-needed rest.
The hotel had very limited guest facilities and no breakfast option which was a letdown. The staff was also unhelpful and did not provide much assistance when I needed it.

The hotel is conveniently located near the local tram system, tourist attractions, and the bus terminal. The rooms are modern, clean, and of good size. Staff is helpful, and the price is reasonable for the comfort. Some rooms have a nice view and the proximity to food outlets and interesting shops is a plus.
Some members of staff are not very fluent in English, which can be a bit challenging at times.
